Have you ever wanted to know more about archaeology but were afraid to ask?

Then why not come along and learn in a relaxed and informal setting, no previous experience necessary, all you need is enthusiasm!

This is a 2-day course:

Day 1 introduces you to all the basics of archaeology using classroom led examples

Day 2 involves practical activities such as prehistoric pot making, archaeological illustration, or a local walk and talk (1-2 hours, weather dependent)

The cost is £70 for both days.

Led by local archaeologist Dr. Debbie Hallam (PhD Archaeology, specialising in the Yorkshire Dales landscape).
