Prices are per notional 4-hour session: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (unless otherwise stated)

Shared Kitchen use is free when used for light refreshments only (excluding oven use and food preparation). It is chargeable when used for catering or exclusive use.

Standard Rate
All businesses, non-local charities and public service organisations fall into this category.

Local Member Rate
You may qualify for Local Member Rate (LMR) if you are a GDI member. (A full year’s membership must be current at the time of hire) and a local person living in Grassington or adjoining villages: Littondale; from Foxup downdale, Langstrothdale; from Oughtershaw downdale, Upper Wharfedale; from Cray downdale to Barden, along the B6265; to Rylstone and Hetton including all villages in-between all the above points.

Frequent User Rate
For a minimum of 20+ bookings in a year. Current GDI membership is also required. Includes rehearsals such as: Panto, Players, Singers (excluding dress rehearsals and performances which are charged at LMR). Teaching type sessions such as: Zumba, Pilates, Meditation, Dance and Sports, such as Table Tennis, Bowls. Also some charitable organisations at Trustee’s discretion

Drop-In Rates
£3 per hour non-member or £2 per hour for members of the GDI (terms as per Local Member Rate). Children under 16 attending with members, pay members rate. If the Hall is free, it can be hired instantly per hour, at drop-in rates for activities such as table tennis and badminton etc. by contacting our caretaker Derrick Lee on 07738273571. Please always use this number for Snooker bookings.
